Job summary
Camirand Travel is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Travel Coordinator to help clients plan and book travel experiences while delivering outstanding service from start to finish. This remote role supports clients via phone, email, and online platforms.
You will handle travel planning, including accommodations, transportation, and activities; respond promptly to inquiries; maintain accurate client records; stay informed on destinations and trends; and build lasting
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable using online tools and booking platforms.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous customer service or travel experience is a plus, but not required.
