Job summary

Camirandtravel is seeking motivated individuals for a Remote Travel Coordinator / Vacation Planner role. You will help clients research, plan, and book memorable getaways while delivering exceptional service throughout the journey.

This independent contractor position offers a flexible schedule, remote work, and access to travel suppliers. Training and ongoing support are provided to help you grow your travel business and succeed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and online platforms.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willing to complete training and continue learning about travel.
• Sales, hospitality, or travel experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with researching and planning vacations based on their needs, preferences, and budgets
• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, and other travel options
• Prepare and present travel quotes and itinerary options
• Book travel arrangements through approved travel suppliers and booking platforms
• Communicate with clients before, during, and after the booking process
• Maintain accurate client and reservation information
• Process and monitor payments, deadlines, and final payment dates
• Stay informed about supplier promotions, destination updates, and travel requirements
• Participate in available training and professional development
• Build and maintain positive client relationships
• Market and grow your independent travel business
