Job summary

Consultwithtray is seeking a Remote Travel Planner to coordinate travel arrangements and keep client trips organized from start to finish. This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling and 20–40+ hours per week, with pay in the $50,000–$60,000 yearly range.

You’ll handle research, bookings, itinerary management, and client communication while maintaining organized records and timely updates. Previous industry experience isn’t required; strong organization and independence are key.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel planning from initial client request through final confirmation.
• Research and organize accommodations, transportation, activities, and destinations.
• Assist with booking tasks, confirmations, changes, and follow-ups.
• Manage client preferences, reservation details, and itinerary information.
• Keep client records accurate and up to date.
• Monitor outstanding details and ensure timely task completion.
• Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates.
• Use digital tools and systems to organize workflow and track multiple requests.
