Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning and organizing travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cruises, transportation, and vacation packages
• Research destinations and provide recommendations based on client preferences, budgets, and travel goals
• Coordinate itineraries and ensure travel details are accurate and well organized
• Communicate with travel suppliers and partners to confirm reservations and availability
• Maintain detailed records of travel bookings, confirmations, and client communications
• Provide support to travelers before and during their trips as needed
• Stay informed about travel promotions, supplier updates, and destination information
