Destinationknot is seeking detail-oriented Travel Planning Specialists to assist clients in organizing travel experiences. This role focuses on ensuring smooth coordination of trips, including reservations, itineraries, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning and organizing travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cruises, transportation, and vacation packages.
• Research destinations and provide recommendations based on client preferences, budgets, and travel goals.
• Coordinate itineraries and ensure travel details are accurate and well organized.
• Communicate with travel suppliers and partners to confirm reservations and availability.
• Maintain detailed records of travel bookings, confirmations, and client communications.
• Provide support to travelers before and during their trips as needed.

• Ensure clients receive clear travel details and itinerary information prior to departure.
