You will use established booking platforms and resources to assist with reservations, itinerary development, and travel logistics, delivering well-organized experiences for travelers.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple itineraries and client requests.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently.
Responsibilities
- Design and organize detailed travel itineraries including flights, hotels, and tours.
- Research destinations and provide travel recommendations based on client preferences and budgets.
- Coordinate reservations and confirm availability with travel suppliers and partners.
- Ensure travel plans are organized, accurate, and clearly communicated to clients.
- Maintain detailed records of bookings, confirmations, and client communications.
- Provide guidance regarding travel schedules, documentation requirements, and trip details.
- Assist travelers with questions or itinerary updates before and during their trips.
- Stay informed on destination information, promotions, and supplier updates.
