traveling-with-mchaila is seeking a Work From Home Travel Planner to help clients design unforgettable trips, coordinate reservations, and manage itineraries with excellent customer support. This fully remote role supports travel planning from start to finish and requires strong organization and communication skills.

You’ll work with established systems and training to assemble personalized vacations, research options, and ensure every itinerary is accurate before departure.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Customer service, hospitality, scheduling, sales, administrative, or travel experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate vacations, cruises, resorts, hotels, flights, tours, and transportation.
• Create customized travel itineraries based on each client's preferences and budget.
