Job summary

Beyond the TravelsAgency is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Travel Planner to research travel options, coordinate reservations, and communicate with suppliers. This role is performed remotely using online tools and platforms to ensure travel arrangements are accurate and organized.

Ideal candidates are strong communicators with customer service experience and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Training and access to supplier resources are provided.

• Respond to inquiries through email, phone, and online communication platforms; maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Follow established company procedures and service standards.
• Review reservation details for accuracy and completeness.
