Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Providing customer support for clients planning travel.
• Assisting with coordinating travel options including cruises, hotels, tours, and vacation packages.
• Responding to client inquiries and providing helpful travel information.
• Communicating with travel suppliers to confirm reservations and details.
• Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and bookings.
• Staying informed on travel promotions, destination updates, and supplier information.
• Supporting clients before and after travel when needed.
