Job summary

EAFB Holdings is seeking a Travel Advisor to join our growing team as a remote independent contractor. You will help clients plan, research, and book memorable leisure trips, handling quotes, reservations, and ongoing support.

Ideal candidates enjoy working with people, researching options, and turning ideas into well-planned itineraries. You will work independently with access to industry resources and supplier relationships while serving clients across the United States.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Able to manage multiple client requests and deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently and managing own schedule.
• Experience in travel, hospitality, sales, or itinerary planning is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand travel preferences, budget, dates, and trip goals.
• Research destinations, hotels, cruises, tours, transportation, and other travel services.
• Develop customized travel recommendations and itinerary options.
• Prepare quotes and proposals based on client needs.
• Make and manage travel reservations through approved booking systems and supplier platforms.
• Follow up with clients regarding recommendations, booking decisions, payment deadlines, and travel details.
• Monitor reservations for schedule changes, cancellations, and special requests.
• Provide clients with accurate information about travel logistics and destination considerations.
• Maintain organized client records and booking documentation.
• Communicate with clients before, during, and after their trips.
• Build lasting client relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.
• Continue developing knowledge of destinations, travel products, and industry resources.
