Job summary

EAFB Holdings is seeking an Itinerary and Destination Specialist to join our fully remote travel services team. You’ll design and book flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and unique experiences for clients, turning travel visions into seamless journeys for a diverse clientele.

As a remote specialist, you’ll consult with clients to understand goals and budgets, research destinations, and provide up-to-date information on entry requirements and policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using online research and booking tools.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand travel goals, interests, and budget.
• Research, plan, and book travel itineraries including flights, hotels, transportation, and activities.
• Provide clients with accurate, up-to-date information on destinations, entry requirements, and travel policies.
• Offer professional support and guidance before, during, and after each trip.
