Job summary

Frontier is hiring a Travel Consultant with hands-on Sabre GDS experience to support airline reservations, post-booking travel operations, and invoicing for premium international travelers. You will manage PNRs, itineraries, and client communications, ensuring accurate, high-quality travel documents and coordinated services.

This is a remote, full-time role offering growth through performance-based milestones and a monthly compensation range.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in travel operations, airline reservations, or travel consulting.
• Hands-on Sabre GDS experience required.
• Experience with Sabre reservations, PNR management, and ticketing.
• Familiarity with airline booking workflows and passenger information.
• Experience invoicing using FreshBooks or similar platforms.
• Excellent written English and professional client communication.

Responsibilities

• Airline Reservations, PNR & Itinerary Management.
• Create or update complete trip records with flight details and FFNs.
• Review booking details against issued tickets.
• Support travel operations involving Sabre GDS and itinerary changes.
• Build client-ready itineraries for international travel.
• Coordinate airport transfers, seat selections, and meal requests.
• Record all arrangements in the client management system.
• Prepare client invoices using FreshBooks and verify payments.
