Job summary

No Sweat Services is seeking a detail-oriented Travel Operations Coordinator to join our growing remote client services team. This entry-level role supports daily admin and coordination tasks to deliver exceptional experiences for corporate and private clients.

You will act as the primary liaison between clients and our network of destination partners, handling requests, managing reservations, and delivering responsive support throughout the planning journey.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Basic computer skills with email, browsers, data entry and common office apps.

Responsibilities

• Input client preferences and booking requests into internal systems.
• Communicate with vendors to confirm reservation details and requests.
• Assemble customized travel itineraries and digital trip summaries.
• Address client inquiries via phone, email, and chat with timely resolutions.
• Maintain up-to-date client files and assist with routine billing audits.
