You will act as a main operational contact—processing requests, resolving schedule updates, and maintaining record accuracy within our internal CRM.

Qualifications

• 18+ and authorized to work in the US.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in customer service, hospitality support, or administrative role.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients via phone, email, and virtual platforms to gather travel preferences and budget parameters.
• Manage client account files within company CRM systems to ensure itinerary accuracy.
• Coordinate directly with hotel groups, cruise lines, tour operators, and transportation providers.
• Draft, audit, and issue comprehensive operational travel schedules and itineraries.
• Deliver prompt support for trip modifications, cancellations, or schedule adjustments.
