Job summary

CareerNerds, LLC is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support large-scale construction projects, primarily within the data center market. The role involves coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to keep projects on track and within budget.

You will assist in estimating scope and costs, tracking expenses, and preparing reports while communicating with stakeholders and participating in owner/contractor/architect/engineer meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of direct experience in project management or construction coordination.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications and interpret design intent.
• Familiar with computer-based estimating and billing processes.
• Strong communication, organization and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in estimating project scope and costs.
• Manage expectations and execution of subcontractors.
• Maintain project documentation and records.
• Track project expenses and budget adherence.
• Prepare reports and communicate with clients and stakeholders.
