Socket.dev is seeking a Travel Experience Coordinator to work with clients in planning vacations, cruises, resorts, transportation, and activities. You'll research destinations, compare options, coordinate reservations, and provide ongoing support throughout the planning process.

You'll work directly with clients to understand preferences, budget, and travel needs, with training and resources provided so prior travel industry experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, flights, vacation packages, and activities.
• Communicate with clients to understand preferences, budget, and travel needs.
• Compare available options and provide personalized travel recommendations.
• Coordinate accommodations, transportation, excursions, and other reservations.
• Maintain accurate reservation and client information.
• Respond to client questions in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with reservation changes and travel updates when needed.
• Follow up with clients throughout the planning and booking process.
• Complete supplier and destination training to continue building travel knowledge.
