Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Travel Experience Coordinator to help clients turn travel ideas into well-planned experiences. You will work directly with clients to understand preferences and organize vacations, cruises, resorts, transportation, activities, and other travel arrangements.

Training and ongoing resources are provided, so prior travel industry experience is not required. You will research destinations, compare options, and coordinate reservations while maintaining accurate client

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers, email, online booking tools, and web-based systems.
• Ability to research and compare multiple travel options.
• Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule.
• Reliable internet access.
• Willingness to complete travel training.
• Previous travel or booking experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, flights, vacation packages, and activities
• Communicate with clients to understand preferences, budget, and travel needs
• Compare available options and provide personalized travel recommendations
• Coordinate accommodations, transportation, excursions, and other reservations
• Maintain accurate reservation and client information
• Respond to client questions in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with reservation changes and travel updates when needed
• Follow up with clients throughout the planning and booking process
• Complete supplier and destination training to continue building travel knowledge
