Hope’s Global Getaways is seeking friendly, organized individuals to join our remote team as Virtual Customer Experience Advisors. In this role, you will help clients navigate the vacation-planning process by providing responsive support, researching suitable options, and keeping important details organized from beginning to end.

Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communication required.
• Customer‑oriented, organized, detail‑driven.
• Ability to juggle multiple client needs and priorities.
• Comfortable researching options and reviewing suppliers.
• Willingness to learn new digital tools and processes.
• Reliable follow-through and good time management.
• Independent and self‑driven.
• Basic computer skills and reliable internet access.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or other qualifying regions.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to understand their vacation goals, destinations, dates, budget, interests and requests.
• Explore and compare hotels, resorts, cruises, transport, tours, and other vacation services using approved resources.
• Assist with coordinating selected arrangements and organize confirmations, reservation info, schedules, and itinerary details.
• Maintain consistent client communication by answering routine questions, providing updates and following up on pending items.
• Review planning and reservation information for accuracy, monitor deadlines and keep client records up to date.
