Travel Incorporated is hiring a Travel Consultant for our Contact Center. This remote role starts with 9 weeks of paid training through TI University, with in-person weeks for non-local candidates and on-site for locals in Duluth, GA.

After training, you’ll work remotely while building travel plans and delivering exceptional client care. You’ll develop travel plans, offer personalized advice, and collaborate with teams to ensure seamless itineraries.

Qualifications

• Tech-savvy with email, chat, and digital tools.
• Detail-oriented and organized in a structured environment.
• Previous client service or call center experience is a plus, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
