Job summary

My Travel Connection is seeking a Travel Consultant to guide clients through travel planning from inquiry to itinerary development, reservations, confirmations, and pre-travel support. This remote role emphasizes a consultative approach and exceptional service while managing multiple requests with precision.

You’ll research destinations, build customized itineraries, coordinate bookings, and maintain notes in internal systems, with room to grow in a fast-paced travel team.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn travel advising and itinerary planning roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple client requests and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand preferences, budgets, timing, and goals.
• Research destinations, hotels, tours, transportation, and experiences.
• Build customized itineraries based on client needs.
• Coordinate reservations, confirmations, and pre-travel communications.
• Manage booking changes and travel issues with professionalism and speed.
• Maintain accurate client notes and supplier communications in internal systems.
• Work with partners to support client travel needs.
