Job summary

Travel Incorporated is seeking a Travel Consultant for its Contact Center. You will start with 9 weeks of paid training through TI University, with local candidates attending in person.

Non-locals have mostly remote training with two in-person weeks at the Duluth, GA office, travel provided. After training, you’ll work remotely, applying what you learned with team support to ensure successful client interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Ability to use email, chat and other digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound client calls, emails and chats after training.
• Understand client goals and tailor travel solutions.
• Guide clients through itinerary options and travel practices.
• Deliver excellent service to drive satisfaction and performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate travel arrangements.
• Identify opportunities to improve the client experience.
