Responsibilities

• Provide helpful suggestions based on traveler interests and planning goals.
• Respond to client questions throughout the trip preparation process.
• Maintain communication through email, messaging tools, and phone when appropriate.
• Work alongside supplier partners to confirm reservation details.
• Keep itinerary information accurate within internal coordination platforms.
• Stay current on destination highlights, travel updates, and promotional opportunities.
• Assist travelers during multiple stages leading up to departure.
