Job summary

Getaways with Fran is seeking an Online Travel Coordinator to help clients plan and book travel experiences, including vacations, cruises, and group travel. This fully remote role allows you to work independently from home while delivering personalized options.

You will research options, confirm pricing and itineraries, and maintain ongoing client communication before, during, and after trips, with support from a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with using digital booking tools and online systems.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or laptop.
• No prior travel industry experience required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand travel preferences, budgets, and needs.
• Research and recommend travel options including flights, accommodations, cruises, and packages.
• Book and manage travel reservations using supplier platforms.
• Provide accurate pricing, itineraries, and travel documentation.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients before, during, and after travel.
• Stay informed on travel trends, supplier updates, and industry policies.
