Job summary

Getaways with Fran is seeking a highly motivated Remote Luxury Travel Advisor to design and deliver tailor-made journeys for affluent clients. You will curate itineraries, arrange accommodations, transport, dining, and exclusive experiences, while managing end-to-end travel planning and delivering outstanding service.

This remote role requires exceptional communication, organization, and relation-building, with the ability to work independently and stay current on luxury travel trends to exceed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design customized luxury travel itineraries including accommodations, transportation, dining, and exclusive experiences
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers, hotels, and tour operators
• Provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences, needs, and travel goals
• Manage all aspects of travel planning from initial consultation through post-trip follow-up
• Stay current on luxury travel trends, destinations, and industry updates
• Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of service at all times
• Maintain accurate client profiles and booking records using internal systems
