Job summary

Getaways with Fran is seeking motivated Personal Travel Consultants to join a fully remote team. You will help clients design vacations, cruises, and group trips, then research options, price itineraries, and manage bookings through supplier platforms.

Strong communication and time-management skills are essential in this self-managed role. No prior travel experience is required; you will receive onboarding and ongoing support as you build relationships with clients and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with using digital booking tools and online systems.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or laptop.
• No previous travel industry experience required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand travel preferences, budgets, and needs.
• Research and recommend travel options, including flights, accommodations, cruises, and packages.
• Book and manage travel reservations using supplier platforms.
• Provide accurate pricing, itineraries, and travel documentation.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients before, during, and after travel.
• Stay informed on travel trends, supplier updates, and industry policies.
