Job summary

Travel by Tilly is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Rep to join our growing travel team. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who loves travel, organizes details, and enjoys creating unforgettable vacation experiences for clients.

You will design itineraries, consult clients virtually, coordinate with suppliers, manage bookings, and provide proactive support before, during, and after trips.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service is helpful but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Confident communicator with problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently.
• Passionate about travel and creating memorable experiences for others.

Responsibilities

• Itinerary Design: Create personalized cruise and tour itineraries that match client preferences.
• Client Consultations: Conduct virtual meetings to learn about travel interests, expectations, and budgets.
• Supplier Coordination: Work with cruise lines, tour operators, and travel vendors to secure options and pricing.
• Booking Management: Handle all aspects of the booking and confirmation process for a seamless travel experience.
• Customer Support: Provide professional assistance before, during, and after travel, including changes or special requests.
• Travel Research: Stay up to date on destination news, seasonal offers, and industry trends to enhance recommendations.
• Post-Trip Engagement: Follow up with clients after travel to gather feedback and encourage future planning.
