Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
• Assist with reservation updates, itinerary adjustments, and cancellations.
• Provide accurate information about destinations, travel requirements, and procedures.
• Confirm travel details and follow up with clients as departure dates approach.
• Address concerns professionally and work toward timely resolutions.
