Elevationtravelpartners is seeking a Work-From-Home Travel Representative to assist clients before, during, and after their trips. In this remote role, you will provide customer support, handle travel-related requests, and ensure each traveler has an enjoyable experience.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, customer service experience, and is organized. You will work with multiple requests and learn online systems quickly while enjoying a supportive work environment with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service experience preferred (hospitality or travel is helpful but not required).
• Organized and comfortable managing multiple requests.
• Able to learn online systems and tools quickly.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
• Assist with reservation updates, itinerary adjustments, and cancellations.
• Provide accurate information about destinations, travel requirements, and procedures.
• Confirm travel details and follow up with clients as departure dates approach.
• Address concerns professionally and work toward timely resolutions.
