Job summary

Brown & Brown, Inc. is seeking a Travel Claims Examiner and Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for reporting claims and initiating the claims process.

This remote role supports our Travel department in delivering white-glove service to claimants and callers, gathering information, assessing coverage, and communicating findings professionally. You will independently process travel claims, interpret benefit plans, handle calls, meet performance standards,

Responsibilities

• Independently process travel claims in accordance with policies.
• Read, analyze and interpret general business materials, procedures, benefit plans and regulations.
• Handle incoming/outgoing calls to claimants and suppliers professionally.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect sensitive information.
• Meet established performance standards for claims processing and customer service.
