Brown & Brown, Inc. is seeking a Travel Claims Examiner and Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for reporting claims and initiating the claims process.

This remote role supports our Travel department in delivering white-glove service to claimants and callers, gathering information, assessing coverage, and communicating findings professionally. This vital frontline role within our Travel department plays a key part in delivering on our commitment to providing exceptional, white-glove service to claimants and callers.
