You will handle email, chat, or phone inquiries, gather traveler preferences, send confirmations and itineraries, and maintain accurate records while delivering friendly, professional customer service.

Qualifications

• No experience required — beginners welcome.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using email and basic computer tools.
• Organized, reliable and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with travel questions through email, chat, or phone.
