Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field
• Active Arizona clinical license or license eligibility appropriate to the position in Arizona
• Arizona credentials may include LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LAMFT, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist
• Strong interest in trauma-focused psychotherapy and trauma-informed care
• Ability to provide telehealth services
• Commitment to culturally responsive, LGBTQ+ affirming care

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions to clients experiencing trauma.
• Apply evidence-based therapeutic practices to support clients' healing and resilience.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with trauma therapy best practices.
• Foster a safe and supportive environment that encourages client growth and empowerment.
• Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and enhance collaborative efforts in client care.
