Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• PMP/CCM/DBIA certification within 12 months of hire.
• Travel up to 10% or less may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SC transportation design projects across varied road types.
• Facilitate meetings and coordinate with major clients.
• Develop and pursue opportunities with SCDOT and municipalities.
• Prepare design and construction contract specifications.
• Manage budgets, scope, and schedules for assigned tasks.
• Implement quality procedures at project levels.
• Engage in professional societies for client connections.
