Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Business, Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• 7+ years leading and delivering transportation sourcing projects and/or transportation management system implementations.
• 7+ years applying optimization, simulation, and quantitative methods to transportation and supply chain challenges.
• 5+ years using data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI
• 3+ years leading or managing junior staff members.
• Willingness and ability to travel 20-40% based on project requirements and client demand.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver transportation consulting solutions to clients.
• Lead projects in transportation sourcing, network optimization, technology, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project execution.
• Interface with clients to acquire business data, information, and operational insights.
• Develop executive-level presentation materials and client deliverables.
• Coach, mentor, and develop junior consultants and analysts.
• Travel 20%-40% based on project requirements and client needs.
