Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule daily transportation operations, including driver assignments and route planning.
• Monitor vehicle movements and shipment progress in real-time using dispatch software and tracking systems.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, providing support and addressing operational challenges.
• Communicate shipment status and ETA to clients, including delays.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions.
