Vanderbilt Health seeks a highly autonomous Physician Liaison to drive referral growth across liver, kidney, heart, and lung transplant services. The role is remote/field-based, with substantial travel and flexible scheduling.

You will engage clinicians, develop partnerships, and support outreach strategies to expand referrals and surgical volume. The position emphasizes relationship-building, strategic outreach, and collaboration with transplant leadership to advance patient care and program

Formación

• Transplant experience or clinical background with exposure to relevant specialties
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement
• Data-driven mindset: analyze referral patterns and growth strategies
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule
• Experience in medical sales or physician liaison roles
• Proactive in developing outreach and marketing plans

Responsabilidades

• Promote VUMC services to physicians in the primary referral area.
• Maintain ongoing communications with referring clinicians and staff.
• Assess physician needs and relay feedback to relevant VUMC departments.
• Provide information on services and promote physician-to-physician relationships.
• Manage community relationships: brand image, service recovery, timely opportunities.
• Collect physician data and referrals to generate reports and detect pattern changes.
• Support outreach and marketing plan development to advance VUMC strategy.
• Develop educational and marketing materials for outreach efforts.
• Facilitate referrals and advocate for process improvements; follow up on feedback.
