United Therapeutics seeks a Clinical Services Representative to build and maintain relationships with transplant centers and organ procurement organizations. You will train physicians on the EVLP service model and devices, ensure timely post-EVLP communications, and drive workflow improvements across the TXC/OPO network.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific or clinical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as an organ procurement coordinator, thoracic transplant coordinator, or related role.
• Proven experience building and maintaining relationships with TXCs and/or OPOs.
• Experience training physicians in transplant or cardiothoracic space.
• Proficiency in OPO processes.
• Ability to travel up to 60%.
• Strong verbal presentation skills.
• Self-directed with good organizational and planning skills.
• Familiar with UNOS policies and procedures for lung allocation and data reporting.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with TXC/OPO partners to provide clinical education on LBE’s service model and EVLP devices.
• Train and onboard medical professionals on service model and EVLP devices.
• Maintain timely post-EVLP communications with TXC/OPO to debrief and identify improvements.
• Plan regular visits to TXC/OPO to sustain relationships and identify workflow improvements.
• Develop solutions for ongoing TXC/OPO needs (workflows, communication tools).
• Represent LBE at transplant conferences and meetings; report insights to stakeholders.
• Support contract and agreement execution with internal/external parties.
• Contribute to referral and case debriefs to drive process efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
• Pull through marketing strategies to TXC/OPO and share new initiatives.
• Contribute to case studies, abstracts, and scientific submissions.
