Job summary

United Therapeutics Corporation is seeking a Regional Transplant Center & OPO Liaison to advance ex vivo lung perfusion services across transplant centers and organ procurement organizations. The role emphasizes building ongoing relationships, education, and process improvements.

You will train medical professionals, coordinate communications post-EVLP, and support strategic decisions with LBE leadership while traveling to partner sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or clinical field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in organ procurement, thoracic transplant coordination, or related medical science roles.
• Familiar with UNOS policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with TXCs and OPOs; train and onboard staff.
• Provide clinical education on LBE services, EVLP devices, and value proposition.
• Coordinate post-EVLP communications and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Travel up to 60% to visit TXCs/OPOs and support partnerships.
• Maintain CRM database and report key customer insights.
