Verdantas is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a remote role with preferred locations in San Diego, Houston, or Denver. You will schedule and monitor engineering design activities, coordinate with clients, and lead proposals, change orders, and budgeting to deliver successful projects.

The position emphasizes internal leadership, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and delivering data-driven solutions across power delivery systems, with a focus on reliability and environmental compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering.
• 8–10 years in electric distribution engineering.
• 4–5 years of project management experience or lead engineer.

Responsabilidades

• Scheduling
• Monitoring project progress
• Communication and coordination with the client
• Selling new work and other business development tasks like client outreach
• Drafting proposals for new work
• Creating change orders and tracking project budgets
• Resource allocation on the project
• Main point of contact for all engineers, drafters, and designers on the project
• Approving and editing timesheets for all direct reports
• Directing internal and external meetings pertaining to the project scope/schedule
