Job summary

Leidos Engineering is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Strategic Program Consulting team within our Power Delivery Solutions division. This role requires experience with power delivery projects in the electric utility industry and will coordinate across Real Estate, Survey, Engineering, Siting, Environmental, Permitting, and other stakeholders.

The PM will work largely remotely with periodic travel to client sites throughout the Carolinas, supporting projects from Anderson, SC

Qualifications

8+ years of demonstrated project management experience in the electric utility industry.
Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and schedules.
Familiarity with siting, land acquisition, ROW, permitting, or related activities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and support transmission projects through siting, land acquisition and related phases.
Serve as central point across Real Estate, Survey, Engineering, Siting, Environmental, Permitting, Legal and other stakeholders.
Track milestones, surveys, title work, environmental considerations and closing milestones.
Facilitate meetings, status reviews, and communications; maintain project controls and schedules.
Monitor scope, schedule, budget, risks, and reporting; support in-service dates.
Conduct occasional site visits and document site information.
