Leidos is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Power Delivery Solutions division to support transmission projects in the Carolinas and beyond. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage siting and land acquisition activities, and track milestones with a focus on in-service dates.

The role involves limited travel and remote work with oversight from a Senior Project Manager. A strong PM background in electric utilities and familiarity with Primavera P6 are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of project management experience in the electric utility industry.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Demonstrated experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, milestones, and reporting.
• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and stakeholders.
• Recent experience with electric transmission capital projects preferred.
• Familiarity with transmission siting, land acquisition, ROW, permitting, environmental, or related activities preferred.
• Ability to operate with limited oversight under a Senior Project Manager.
• Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Primavera P6 familiarity preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and support execution of transmission projects through Site & Acquire phase.
• Serve as central point of coordination across Real Estate, Survey, Engineering, Siting, Environmental, Permitting, Public Engagement, Legal, Project Controls, Finance, and other stakeholders.
• Track land acquisition milestones and parcel-level activities including surveys, title work, environmental considerations, and closing milestones.
• Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, issue resolution, stakeholder communication, and reporting.
• Support and maintain project schedules and milestones with Project Controls, including Primavera P6 updates.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and acquisition progress to support in-service dates.
• Coordinate environmental, permitting, compliance, and governance requirements.
• Support funding requests, forecasting, risk assessments, and change management.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure deliverables are completed before turnover.
• Conduct occasional site visits and document relevant information.
