Job summary

RWS Group seeks an LV Project Management Client Team Lead to act as primary client contact and first-level escalation point for the LV Client Team. You will oversee day-to-day project activities, ensuring production and project objectives are met, including budgetary and KPI requirements.

The role involves leading client-focused process improvements, liaising with the account management team to drive growth within existing client relationships, and guiding the team to achieve these goals.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent.
• English (B2-C1) writing, speaking, listening.
• Minimum four years successful project management experience within translation/localization.
• Leadership or mentoring experience; PMP Certification a plus.
• Multilingual reading comprehension a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with assigned clients and builds collaborative relationships, identifies areas for improvement in current processes, and implements solutions that result in measurable efficiencies and quality improvements.
• Participates in client-facing meetings to keep clients informed about project status and process-improvement progress.
• Analyzes trends and develops client-focused improvement plans and actions.
• Serves as first-level escalation point for Project Managers and provides guidance in resolving issues.
• Independently troubleshoots issues and performs root-cause analysis to ensure timely resolution.
• Leads and coordinates the most complex projects and ensures on-time delivery.
• Coordinates with Finance to ensure timely invoicing and payments.
• Recommends policies and actions to improve efficiency and product quality.
