Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a CHS Analyst, Transient Sales, to support the transient portfolio across multiple hotels and Hyatt-approved systems. You will prepare onboarding materials, load transient rates, and generate monthly performance decks, working with teams across Central Sales Management.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, reporting, and collaboration with Transient Specialists to advance sales strategies in a dynamic corporate travel environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in hotel sales, business travel, revenue management, reservations, or related analytical work.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint; able to create charts and reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of hotels with transient sales execution under the direction of Transient Specialists.
• Prepare and distribute hotel performance reporting using Envision, Cvent, TravelClick, ThoughtSpot, and Tableau.
• Prepare onboarding documents by researching hotels and loading transient rates.
• Create monthly PowerPoint decks with key metrics and insights.
• Cross-train in group travel support and CRM activities as needed.
