Job summary

Highmark Inc. seeks a senior consulting professional to lead large-scale transformation programs for health plans. You will partner with Product, Sales, Clinical, Provider, and IT teams to define requirements and deliver valued outcomes. This role requires strategic thinking and strong stakeholder management across complex environments.

You will own artifacts, guide workstreams, and mentor junior resources while maintaining budgets and timelines in a results-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, MIS, Health Administration, or closely related field
• 5 years of Consulting and/or Industry experience
• Preferred: 3 years in Healthcare/Insurance, 3 years in Technology Platform Delivery, 3 years in Program/Project Management
• Preferred certifications: PMP, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma

Responsibilities

• Contribute to delivery and execution of complex multi-year client enterprise transformation programs
• Interface with Product, Sales, Clinical, Provider and IT teams to deliver on commitments
• Contribute to operational readiness, change management, solution capability, packaging, and delivery planning
• Design and own deliverable artifacts to deliver client value and meet contractual obligations
• Lead engagement workstreams to meet milestones on time and within budgets
• Provide coaching and mentorship for junior resources
• Other duties as assigned or requested
