Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Cortex Transformation Engineer to join our Global Transformation Practice. You will own end-to-end customer transitions, combining deep engineering with strong customer-facing delivery to achieve data cutovers and orchestrate workshops.

In a remote, globally distributed setup, you will drive platform adoption, deliver automation playbooks, and demonstrate quantifiable security and operational value to leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Professional-level technical acumen with security operations infrastructure, cloud migrations, or technical consulting.
• Hands-on expertise with the Palo Alto Networks portfolio (Cortex XDR/XSIAM, Prisma Cloud, or Strata) or direct competitive migration experience.
• Strong technical background in security automation and scripting, including CLI, Python, and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Execute the technical migration of customer environments from legacy to modern platforms, including policy mappings and data configurations.
• Lead immersive operational workshops (DITL) and educate customer teams on native platform workflows and playbooks.
• Lead Value Realization sessions and demonstrate ROI and security efficacy to secure project sign-off and customer satisfaction.
