Responsibilities

• Technical Migration & Integration: Migrate customer environments from legacy to modern platforms; own policy mappings and data configurations.
• Operationalization & DITL Delivery: Lead Day in the Life workshops; educate teams on platform workflows and automation.
• Value Realization Executive Cadence: Lead sessions showing ROI and security/operational improvements; secure project sign-off.
