Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in Strategy, Operations, M&A, or Human Capital within a consulting firm or equivalent.
• OR 5 years in a leading global management consulting firm delivering data-driven, healthcare-focused transformation.
• 3 years of management experience and/or leading teams/projects of varying size and complexity
• 3 years of working in complex, matrixed environments or across multiple businesses
• Master’s degree may substitute for two years of experience

Responsibilities

• Lead individuals, teams or multiple groups to analyze goals, create plans, and drive client stakeholders to achieve goals.
• Plan, organize, and manage all phases of a project lifecycle including governance plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Conduct discovery meetings, collect requirements, and position ideal solutions.
• People responsibilities: performance management, coaching, and development activities for project team members.
