Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; 4+ years in process improvement, business/financial analysis, or related areas.
• Experience in external consulting, customer journey, organizational change management, or IT solution/architecture.
• Project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor key performance metrics and implement improvement plans.
• Handle direct employee personnel issues, performance management, and development planning.
• Supervise non-exempt direct reports, assign workload and coaching.
• Collaborate with internal teams to educate on department processes and service inquiries.
