Job summary

EY Consulting is hiring for a Staff level role within the Transformation Architecture and Delivery practice. You will help bridge strategy to execution, supporting design, delivery, and governance across transformation programs for client engagements.

You’ll work with teams on PMO/TMO, agile methodologies, and technology strategy, contributing to business cases, performance reporting, and client communications. Travel and flexible hours are expected based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum exposure to consulting or business transformation projects.
• Ability to translate concepts into actionable insights.
• Comfort working with diverse stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Support transformation initiatives aligning with client goals.
• Assist in design and delivery of architecture frameworks and governance materials.
• Contribute to program management and portfolio analyses.
• Prepare client-ready storytelling and performance reporting.
