Job summary

EY Consulting is seeking staff to help transform client organizations through architecture, program management, and technology strategy. You’ll bridge strategy with execution, work with cross-functional teams, and contribute to governance and portfolio analyses across multiple industries.

You’ll apply Agile methods, drive value, and utilize AI-enabled tools to accelerate delivery. Travel and flexible hours are expected based on client needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in consulting, business transformation, technology, or a related field.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to contribute effectively, foster inclusivity, and work across diverse teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for a range of audiences
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with intellectual curiosity and a proactive, execution-oriented mindset
• Agile, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity in dynamic environments
• Developing commercial awareness and a desire to contribute meaningful impact for global and domestic organizations
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Replit) to enhance productivity, analysis, and solution development
• Willingness and ability to travel and work flexible hours based on client and project needs
• Access to reliable transportation to/from EY offices and client sites, as required

Responsibilities

• EY’s Transformation Architecture and Delivery (TA&D) practice offers a dynamic career path for professionals. As a Staff, you’ll contribute to transformation initiatives that align with clients’ strategic goals—bridging strategy and execution.
• Work with project teams to design and deliver architecture frameworks, program management approaches, and value realization structures
• Support TA&D Business: plan, design, deliver, and deploy transformative solutions, including governance materials and portfolio analyses
• Support TA&D Technology Strategy: operate models, cost optimization, data modeling, and IT transformation activities
