Partner Company, based in the United States, is seeking a Transaction Advisory Services Director to lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements, focusing on Quality of Earnings, working capital, and financial modeling. The role emphasizes client leadership, BD activity, and team development in a fully remote setting with periodic travel to Boston area.

The ideal candidate has CPA, GAAP expertise, and a track record in leading engagements for PE, lenders, and corporations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• CPA credential.
• Progressive experience in financial due diligence, Quality of Earnings, business valuation, and financial analysis.
• GAAP knowledge, financial reporting, internal controls, and revenue recognition.
• Experience leading complex engagements and managing at director level.
• Business development, proposal leadership, and client relationship skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead buy-side due diligence engagements, including QOE and QOA analyses.
• Manage sell-side due diligence and transaction consulting from planning to delivery.
• Identify financial risks and effects on purchase price and structure.
• Develop financial models, market multiples, and cash flow projections.
• Lead client discussions, present results, and advise stakeholders.
• Generate new business opportunities and lead proposals.
• Mentor and develop senior team members and staff.

Educación
